Real estate projects have many moving parts, though most people only see the physical construction. In order for a project to be successful, all the pieces have to be executed properly. Sherpa is our artificial intelligence powered, proprietary real-estate project execution platform. The platform is used to put the entire development team on the same page in order to ensure that all stakeholders are working towards a common vision under the same assumptions and with the timing expectations.

Sherpa leverages various technologies in order to eliminate redundancy of low-value tasks while providing insights on potential project exposure points. The net result is that with the help of Sherpa and its recommendation algorithm, team members can focus on the critical components of a project while still being kept abreast of all the project details.

Sherpa is not intended to replace specific workflows of different team members, it simply serves as the place where all team members collaborate on the overall progress of the project. By way of an example, investment analyst will continue to run financial models on excel (or Argus), general contractors will continue to run projects the way they see fit but everyone places the project deliverables in Sherpa, sees the project milestones in Sherpa and receives Sherpa recommendations based on all project elements.
