Development

Shaping communities and the People in them.

Our development practice began in 2008 with the acquisition of our first residential project. Since then, we have evolved into a firm that develops everything from entire city blocks in northeastern markets to planned townhome communities and large-scale master-planned developments.

Our primary focus has been on mixed-use, mixed-income communities, as we specialize in urban markets where real estate is at a premium. In these environments, we approach development as a means to solve multiple challenges within a single real estate solution.

At the core of our development philosophy is the belief that real estate can be a powerful tool for economic justice. Given the scale and impact of our projects, we are deeply committed to ensuring that our developments contribute positively to the communities they serve, creating lasting economic and social benefits.

  • We offer comprehensive real estate project management services, ensuring that every phase of a development—from initial concept to completion—is executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Our expertise spans residential, commercial, mixed-use, and public-private projects, allowing us to tailor solutions that maximize value and minimize risk for our clients.

  • At Daha Sein Advisors, we specialize in comprehensive real estate development, transforming visionary concepts into thriving, sustainable communities. Our expertise spans residential, commercial, mixed-use, and public-private developments, ensuring that each project is strategically planned, financially viable, and executed with precision.

We oversee the entire development lifecycle, from site selection and feasibility analysis to construction, stakeholder engagement, and final delivery, ensuring that every project maximizes economic value, community impact, and long-term sustainability.

Scope of Services

  • Lumby Homes

    Decatur, Georgia

In partnership with a local church, we are developing a 32-unit townhome community designed to expand affordable homeownership opportunities. These thoughtfully designed homes will cater to first-time buyers beginning their homeownership journey as well as individuals looking to downsize from larger family homes. By creating accessible, high-quality housing, this development aims to foster community stability and long-term financial security for residents.

  • Druid Hills Pointe

    Birmingham, Alabama

In collaboration with the City of Birmingham and the Birmingham Land Bank, we are developing a new community featuring 30 townhomes alongside the renovation and construction of 19 single-family homes in this rapidly evolving neighborhood.

Located adjacent to a major redevelopment, Druid Hills Pointe will provide affordable homeownership opportunities tailored to legacy residents and the city’s essential workers. As part of this initiative, we are implementing all-new infrastructure for the townhome community and partnering with the City of Birmingham on street beautification projects, ensuring a vibrant, well-connected, and sustainable neighborhood transformation.

  • BLVD Village

    Memphis, Tennessee

This transformative project, developed in collaboration with Mississippi Blvd. Church, reimagines 20 acres in Midtown Memphis into a vibrant, mixed-use community. The development will feature over 300 residential units, 20,000 square feet of retail and health & wellness spaces, a hotel, and approximately 1,000 parking spaces.

DAHA SEIN was engaged to lead master planning, residential development, and the coordination of development partners to ensure seamless execution. Upon completion, this project will represent a $200 million investment into the Midtown Memphis community, fostering economic growth, accessibility, and a dynamic urban experience.

  • EMAGE Center

    Baltimore, Maryland

The EMAGE Center is one of the few social enterprises dedicated to textile manufacturing while providing hands-on training for unskilled workers. What began in a small row home has now grown into a 15,000 sq. ft. facility, serving as both a production hub and a workforce development center.

In April 2025, we will break ground on an expansion project, doubling the facility’s size to 30,000 sq. ft. to further scale operations and increase employment opportunities. The Emage Center prioritizes hiring West Baltimore residents, many of whom were previously unemployed, empowering them with valuable skills and sustainable career pathways in the textile industry.
