The Agent to Developer Program has established a framework by which agents will learn to identify investment properties, execute projects, and get connected to the appropriate resources to build long-term wealth and prosperity.

This framework consists of training agents on the process of converting a concept to a revenue-producing asset. The training will cover: evaluating potential investment properties, putting together a development strategy, and assembling a team to execute your vision. In addition to the training, agents will learn about the various funding sources available for projects. Upon completion of the Agent-to-Developer training, Agent-Developers will be given access to the SEIN Terminal, our proprietary tool to assist with the execution of projects.
